EC stands for E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce. The advent of internet brought about the transfer of commercial activities (i.e. buying and selling) from the physical realm to such that is done on the internet-enabled electronic gadgets.

Hence, E-Commerce is the act of buying and selling using the internet-enabled electronic devices such as computers and mobile phones.

Social EC

Social EC is a type of EC that uses social shopping tools such as social media platforms or forums to create online communities in which buyers and sellers discuss and review their online shopping experiences. Dedicated websites and applications help to facilitate interaction with users and to find people with similar interest, thereby creating an internet-based shopping complex 

NEW Retail:- A New Concept propounded by Jack Ma.
